Biocides effectively eliminate biofilm by causing it to die off and preventing the formation of algae on roofs and facades. This process, while requiring a longer action time, delivers superior results compared to pressure washing. It avoids discolouration of tiles, completely destroys algae, and prevents them from recurring. Biocides are also highly effective for removing stubborn black spots on patios and sidewalks. The soft washing method is equally successful for driveways, patios, and roofs.
We primarily focus on plaster, sandstone, or cement facades, which can regain their fresh appearance after cleaning with biocidal agents—without the need for repainting. This process can save property owners thousands of pounds by eliminating the cost of facade repainting.
Our equipment is versatile, with some devices operating on standard 230V power. If electricity access is unavailable, we can use our own power generators to ensure the job gets done.
